Sutter’s Mill is a condominium division in Terramor Village. This neighborhood is located in the western region of Ladera Ranch, California.
The Sutter’s Mill tract was built from 2004 to 2005 by Centex and is comprised of 152 units with a variety of floor plans. There are a variety of three-level townhomes and side-by-side condos. The smallest plan has 1,327 square feet and two bedrooms while the largest has 1,686 square feet and three bedrooms. All condos have two and a half baths as well as two-car garages. Community amenities include the clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, wireless internet, and walking trails.
Sutter’s Mill is served by the Capistrano Unified School District which offers Oso Elementary School, Ladera Ranch Middle School, and San Juan Hills High School. Stoneybrooke Christian School is within this community and nearby you’ll find Mission Montessori and Our Savior’s Lutheran School. Soka University of America is in Aliso Viejo and Saddleback College is in Mission Viejo nearby.
Ladera Ranch offers many city amenities to its residents who have access to a skate park, dog park, and water park among 18 community parks. There are miles of nature trails for walkers and hikers; some lead to Doheny Beach and the Pacific Ocean. There are many shopping venues including the Mercantile West Shopping Center and the Bridgepark Plaza Shopping Center. The Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in nearby in Mission Viejo with 18 holes designed by Tom Lehman and Casey O’Callaghan.
Ladera Ranch is known for its roundabouts, and beautifully landscaped medians. It is a master planned community that was divided into nine villages, each of which has at least ten neighborhoods. Besides Terramor, subdivisions include Echo Ridge Village, Avendale Village, Covenant Hills Village, and Bridgepark Village. This is a low-crime area and family friendly city.
